It seems business would invest in their employees in the past. Training, mentoring, learning the ropes. Now you have to put yourself in debt, they still need to train you on the finer points but they know you have huge debt to payoff so they have you where they want you. When they don’t want you, they throw you and your debt out the door and pick up the younger cheaper debtor. Meanwhile the bankers are fat and sassy.
